| Aims and Objectives | Review of transport procurement framework, consideration of more localised education provision options requiring less transport and continuation of more independent travel to support life skills where possible to do so. |
| Conclusion | As this proposal may result in an alteration to existing ASN transport, there is a possibility that there may be a negative impact for some of those covered by this protected characteristic. This is a statutory provision however, alternative methods of delivery will be considered. Assessment of pupil needs and consultation with parents/carers will ensure that any negative impact is minimised. |
