| Conclusion | The conclusion of this impact assessment is that there may be a negative impact on some of the groups covered by the protected characteristics. There is a recognition that parts of this saving will result in a reduction in service provision for vulnerable young people and children and young people with additional support needs, despite an increasing demand for these services. The service will continue to target provision towards the most vulnerable. |
