Ingredients20 Baking potatoes

800g Canned tuna (Dolphin friendly)
200g Mayonnaise light
3g Black pepper
or
800g cheese
or
1400g Baked beans
Method1. Scrub, clean and remove any eyes from potatoes
2. Make a crossed incision in centre of each potato
3. Place the potato on a tray and bake in oven for approximately 1.5hrs hours until soft
4. Mash drained tuna and mix with mayonnaise, season with pepper
5. Heat beans through
6. Add the tuna, beans or cheese filling to the baking potato
