Ingredients20 Breaded fish fillets
2000g Chips
20 Tomato sauce sachets
Method1. Heat oil in deep fat fryer to 190°C/380°F
2. Place fish in baskets and fry for 3 minutes or until reaches temperature
3. Fry chips in basket for 8 minutes
4. Serve with tomato sauce portion
