Ingredients670g Red lentils (dried)
4550ml Water
85g Vegetable bouillon (lower salt)
1350g Carrots (diced)
225g Leeks
4g Black pepper
Method1. Wash lentils and place in pot with water and bouillon
2. Bring to boil, add vegetables and pepper
3. Simmer until lentils have burst and vegetables are tender
4. Blend soup.
