Consultation summaryWe have a statutory duty to provide a repairs service to maintain our housing stock and related assets to an acceptable standard. The Housing Repairs Policy document sets out the Council’s approach to dealing with repairs to council houses. We’ve been working closely with tenant representatives over the last nine months revising our repairs policy and are now keen to get the views of tenants and customers who use the repairs service.
