1000g Extra moist cake mix
350ml Liquid egg
300ml Oil
280ml Water
300g Bananas (mashed)
Method1. Make up extra moist cake mix as per manufacturer's instructions
2. Fold mashed bananas gently into mixture
3. Divide equally into 48 fairy cake cases
4. Bake until ready
