Ingredients1200g Cooked, diced chicken
250ml Tikka sauce (healthy choice)
20 Wraps
200g Wedges
30ml Oil

20 Corn on the cob
Method1. Defrost chicken strips and dice them to bite size pieces
2. Mix chicken with tikka sauce and heat up to required temperature
3. Divide mixture evenly between 20 wraps
Wedges
1. Pour oil into bag, add wedges and shake well to allow even distribution of oil
2. Place wedges in the oven at 175C for 10-15 minutes
3. Turn wedges and place back in the oven for further 10 minutes at 200C to allow then to become crisp and golden in colour
4. Cook corn on the cob as per manufacturer's instructions
