Ingredients80 Salmon nibbles
960g Noodles
180g Spring onions
100ml Soy sauce
100ml Sweet chilli sauce
125g Carrots
Method1. Cook salmon nibbles for 12-16 minutes in oven pre-heated to 180°C/350°F or Gas mark 4
2. Boil water in the pan, add carrots and cook until softened
3. Add noodles, bring back to boil and cook for 4 minutes, then drain
4.Mix tomato puree, soy and sweet chilli sauce in small bowl with 300ml of water
5. Add sauce mix and chopped spring onions to noodles and cook for further 2-3 minutes until piping hot and water evaporated
