| Membership details | Membership shall be open to all residents, irrespective of tenure, in the area known as Calder Tower. |
| AGM | There shall be an AGM within fourteen months of the Association’s last AGM. |
| Representation | Requests for general meetings may be made carrying the signatures and addresses of 15 members, stating reason for the request. The committee may also call a general meeting. The secretary will notify all members in writing not less than fourteen days in advance of that meeting. |
| Activities of the group | To safeguard and promote the interests of tenants and residents in the area on matters concerning housing and the environment of the area, and social and community life of the area. |
