Description of service | Q and A is the Council’s one-stop-shop, providing frontline service on behalf of all of our Resources. Enquiries are dealt with by a specially trained team of Customer Services Assistants who ensure members of the public receive the service or information they require. Cambuslang Q and A office provides customers with several options for dealing with Council enquiries: • free phones – free contact to Council services • online – access to the Council’s website • face-to-face – assistance with enquiries where necessary Facilities available include: baby change, language line, hearing loop, BSL trained assistant, local parking information, private interview rooms and meeting rooms |
