If we have asked you to send evidence about your council tax, you can upload it using our online form. This helps us update your account as quickly as possible.
You can use the form to send evidence for:
- a council tax discount or exemption
- a change to your household
- a change of address
- an empty property surcharge
- third‑party authorisation
