Keeping active when the weather is bad can be tricky but Seniors Together and South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture have devised three walks you can do under cover in East Kilbride Shopping Centre.

Approximate distance - 1.15 miles (1.85 kilometres)
Time - around 15 minutes

Route 3 (marked in blue dots)
Sainsbury's to Bus Station, returning to Sainsbury's
Approximate distance - 0.80 miles (1.28 kilometres)
