Vacant and Derelict Land Investment Programme (VDLIP)

The deadline to submit an expression of interest to us for the Scottish Government’s Vacant and Derelict Land Investment Programme 2024–25 round has now passed and we are no longer accepting them.

We expect that expressions of interest for the next round in 2025–26 to open in early 2024. This page will be updated with details on fund eligibility and the application process in due course.
