Skills and training Issues

Do you need your candidates to have a particular certificate or skill before they join your company? We can look at providing pre recruitment training in areas like food hygiene, first aid, moving and handling etc.

Would your existing employees benefit from a fully funded training course? We can look at funding 100% of the costs of courses for employees who will be better off after the training.
