Harassment and stalking: where to get help
Harassment or stalking is when someone keeps contacting you or watching you after you have asked them to stop, or when their behaviour makes you feel unsafe. This might be:
- repeated calls, texts or emails
- following you or waiting near your home, work or usual places
- unwanted gifts or messages
- threats or actions that cause fear or distress
It does not matter who the person is. What matters is how their behaviour affects you.
Get support and talk to someone
You can speak to trained staff who will listen, help you understand your options and support you to stay safe. You do not have to report anything unless you want to.
