Active travel online consultations

We want to make it easier for residents to travel on foot and by bike more often for their local journeys, by improving the opportunities for and tackling barriers to active travel.

Creating high quality active travel infrastructure can deliver many benefits for the area; healthier citizens, more connected communities, reduced traffic congestion and better air quality.

To deliver improvements that meet the needs of those who will use them most, we need the views of local people. If you live, work, do business or travel in any of the following areas, please get involved. Tell us about your current experiences of active travel and what would encourage or help you or others that you know to walk, cycle and wheel more often.

Please complete our short survey to tell us a bit about how you travel.

We will use the information to provide a range of potential options for improving active travel.

The online surveys will run until Wednesday 19 May 2021.
