Gmail email users

We are aware of issues from employees unable to reset their passwords in People Connect.

The issue only affects users who have gmail email accounts and is due to a change in the standard security settings for these accounts by Google. The standard settings now block links within emails as a security risk, so you are unable to click on the link within the password reset email.  Unfortunately, since the issue lies with the email provider we are unable to to fix this. It may be possible for you to change the security settings, however, we are unable to provide assistance to do this.
