Every employee leaving the employment of the Council for reasons other than retirement, redundancy or dismissal, will be asked to complete an exit interview. The process is voluntary, however, we would appreciate your co-operation as the information you provide will assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of our policies. Your responses to the questionnaire will be treated in confidence. However, if you have raised concerns that may be unlawful, further investigation may be necessary.
