If your are a tenant of South Lanarkshire Council we would like to invite you to get involved and to give us your views.
We are updating two key policy areas, both of which are very important to our customers.
The first of these is our Customer Involvement Strategy which seeks to increase the scope for customers to be involved in shaping and commenting on our housing services.
The second one is our Housing Repairs Policy which aims to provide tenants with a high quality, efficient and comprehensive repairs service.
We’re inviting you to get involved and give your views on both these important areas. Your contribution to the development of these key areas are welcomed and valued.
The consultations close on Monday 16 April. The finalised Strategy and Policy will go to Housing and Technical Resources Committee in May 2018 for approval.
When you download either document, you will find a link to the survey on the final page called 'consultation questionnaire' where you will be able to give us your views and comments.
