What the team provides
- support for customer satisfaction surveys
- access to consultation tools such as:
- OptionFinder – keypad voting system
- Ketso – workshop toolkit
- Voxur – video feedback device
- support with focus groups and engagement sessions
- access to the South Lanarkshire People's Panel
