To directly or indirectly provide recycling facilities throughout South Lanarkshire.
Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are not any adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation or on community relations. The function provides the facility for residents to recycle outwith the domestic recycling programme and is monitored using complaints received which would highlight any adverse impact.
