Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. Access to Information is a legislative requirement whereby the Council requires to ensure arrangements are in place to facilitate the rights of the public and press to attend meetings and to inspect relevant Council documents and papers and the rights of elected members to see written material in the possession of the Council.
