This policy covers the Council process for acquiring and lending out of archival materials and the provision of public access to these collections.
Conclusion
This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to liaise with community groups on issues around access both in physical terms and material format. An action plan has been developed to do this and will be carried out within 12 months.
