Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. Children's Panel administration is a legislative requirement whereby the Council is required to ensure that arrangements are in place to facilitate the roles and responsibilities of Children's Panel Advisory Committee and Children's Panel members.
