Conclusion
This initial equality impact assessment has identified that there is a need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment of the function to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months. In carrying out this initial assessment there is not sufficient concern or evidence that adverse impact will be caused and it is approved to continue with the function in its current form.
