The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. An action plan has been agreed to amend the policy to ensure it meet its intended aims of opening up consultation to all and monitoring information will be collected and reviewed regularly on this basis.
