As part of the Council's commitment to developing and applying more flexible, family friendly and economical forms of working, SLC encourages working at/from home where this would be appropriate.
Conclusion
The initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months.
