Conclusion
The initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data on an ongoing basis to ensure individuals are able to access SLC recruitment opportunities. An action plan has been developed to do this and monitoring will take place to identify an potential areas of concern. SLC will continue traditional methods of recruitment and as a double tick employer will ensure reasonable adjustments are offered where appropriate.
