Aims and Objectives
To provide guidance to all Council Resources on the process of developing and establishing Resource and Service plans, taking into account Council priorities, objectives, values and current issues.
Conclusion
This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to continue to collect and analyse monitoring data and undertake consultation with target equality groups to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan will be developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months.
This is a continual process of development for the organisation and as such consultation and involvement of all parts of the community are an ongoing part of establishing annual Resource and Service plans.
