Stock Management guidelines ensure that all library resources regardless of format are managed effectively by relevant staff ensuring effectiveness and inclusiveness.
Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or community relations. Consideration is given to all groups through stock acquisition e.g. alternative languages, talking books, large print and MP3 formats for all ages.
