Consideration of external charging for certain areas of education service delivery to other local authorities and external organisations e.g. VIU convert textbooks to Braille and Education personnel involved in external training.
Conclusion
Our aim is to identify a full financial year saving with no negative impact on service delivery. The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
