Aims and Objectives
Encourage a more effective and efficient use of resources (staff and materials) across various educational services, including Youth Learning, Community Learning, ICS, Early Years, Libraries, and administrative functions within Education HQ.
Conclusion
Our aim is to identify a full financial year saving with no negative impact on service delivery. The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
