Conclusion
The programmes under consideration are targeted at businesses in South Lanarkshire which meet the criteria as set out in the application forms. There is no targeting of specific equality issues but companies have to comply with local authority licences which could include compliance with DDA. Those companies which do not have an equal opportunities policy are provided with advice on this.
