The financial strategy will be used to manage the Council?s finances over the
medium term. It will update the principles and assumptions used in constructing
the revenue and capital budgets over the 4 year period to 2012/13.

The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. The strategy covers the medium term Revenue Budget for the Council. As Resources are responsible for the dispersement of these monies, then they must ensure this is in line with the duties.
