To ensure the efficient and effective investment in and utilisation of all Council properties in line with service delivery.
Please note that the original Asset Management Plan Impact Assessment was completed in 2007 (ref no 97). Review undertaken in February 2010 to ensure continued relevance.
Conclusion
The Impact Assessment carried out on Asset Management did not produce any significant issues to warrant further actions/full impact assessment.
