A statutory function entitling tenants to purchase their houses at a discount in terms of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 as amended
Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. This function is based on a Statutory Requirement and legislation which has no barriers in terms of differing groups or stakeholders/customers.
