Aims and Objectives: Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement which is required for all new and existing tenants of South Lanarkshire Council.
Conclusion: The assessment established that the policy has no adverse impact on human rights or equal opportunities requirements.

It was concluded however that scope existed to further consider issues as part of the review scheduled for 2009/10.
