Property Services have a number of partnership agreements in place to allow the design and delivery of major programmes of capital works including the Schools Modernisation and Housing Investment programmes.
Conclusion
The Impact Assessment carried out on Partnership Agreements across Property Services did not produce any significant issues to warrant further action. It is however Property Services intention to continue to promote and lead on equality issues encouraging other organisations to support the progress already made in this field.
