Review of current Beauty Within Service with recommendations to reduce/remove service.
Conclusion
This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to continue consultation with employees and trade unions regarding this service. We will continue to collect and analyse monitoring data and where required undertake wider consultation to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 3 months.
