IQL and the training officer take into account people with different needs when they register for a course whether it is learning difficulties or health issues therefore the conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. Ongoing verifications internally and externally on courses will continue to be implemented.
