The procedure is for the normal operating procedures that are followed by employees within facilities
Conclusion
As part of legislative law HASAWA 1974 and therefore the procedure has to be adhered to for the safety of employees, customers, visitors and contractors, therefore the conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations
