Conclusion
The under 8's swimming policy has been implemented to comply with recommendations from some governing bodies to allow safe use of swimming pools and therefore the conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
