Aims and Objectives
This proposal seeks to look for a more efficient and effective model of supporting pupils who have reached a transitional stage in their school career.
Conclusion
It is proposed to continue with programmes for targeted groups to ensure that they are supported during the key transitional stages in their lives. The proposal may have an impact on particular pupils requiring transitional support, however, there is no evidence of an adverse impact on any of the equality groups. If any adverse impact is identified, this will be addressed through the Inclusion agenda.
