Aims and Objectives
The policy facilitates the transfer of teaching staff from one education establishment to another, e.g. at a time when the falling pupil roll affects staffing entitlement. Teaching staff are appointed to work for the Council and not individual establishments.
Conclusion
This impact assessment was last undertaken on 24/03/2011 and has been revised following further consideration by Education Resources impact assessment group in response to comments received. The views of Corporate Resources' Diversity Adviser and trade unions have been taken into account.
