Aims and Objectives
The proposal is to remove the second teacher post from three early years establishments and replace with early years workers, from August 2011.
Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. There are three early years establishments affected and the second teacher posts will be replaced by early years workers. This approach would be consistent with the staffing complement provision in the other stand-alone early years establishments.
