Savings proposals were identified across the service as a result of staff efficiencies arising from structure reviews.
Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the workforce covered by equalities legislation, or on workforce relations. The proposals are in line with Council's Collective Agreement and therefore identify efficiencies that will arise from natural reductions in staffing levels through redeployment.
