Aims and Objectives
The proposal is to reduce the staffing level within IT Services by 34 posts over a period of 3 years - 2011/12-2013/14.
Conclusion
The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the workforce covered by equalities legislation or on workforce relations. The proposal is in line with the Council's Collective Agreement and will therefore identify efficiencies that will arise from natural reductions in staffing levels through retirement and redeployment.
