Aims and Objectives
Service efficiencies derived by the removals of two vehicles from the Outdoor Recreation and Country Parks fleet.
The current fleet comprises 4 pool cars, one 4x4 pick up, 3 minibuses/MPVs and 5 vans,
1 car will be removed from Hamilton palace Sports Grounds
1 car will be removed at Holland Bush Golf Course, Lesmahagow.
A car will be made available for the Golf staff at Calderglen
Alternative provision of cars will be available from SLLC HQ in Hamilton.
Conclusion
The efficiency savings derived through fleet reductions do not directly impact staff as alternative provision has been made for vehicle access
