Aims and Objectives
The aim of the price increase is to generate further income. Propose to increase admissions costs to Calderglen Zoo by £0.10 for a child, from £0.50 to £0.60 and by £0.25 for an adult, from £1.45 to £1.70. Under 3's still would still remain free entry.
Conclusion
Any impact on those attending the zoo still remains fairly minimal due to the low price point. We will continue to review our service and programme within the zoo to deliver a quality customer focused attraction.
